Objective: Provides the overall planning, coordination and direction for project management activities to ensure they meet the client’s needs, specifications, cost and schedule. Maintains management and project facilitation for the successful completion per compliance, contractual, company and client requirements. May supervise office/field administrative staff as well as other Project Managers

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

The employee must frequently lift and move between 10 - 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position which will typically involve 50+ hours a week. Due to the nature of the job, the employee must be available on-call early/late hours to deal with delays, bad weather and emergencies at the job site.
Travel
Must be willing to travel as necessary including overnights out-of-town and weekends.
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma
10+ years of supervisory or progressive project management
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/Science
