About the Job

Dyna Contracting is a small, elite contracting firm specializing in very high-end residential construction and remodels. Our Field Manager is responsible for the management, scheduling, and completion of all service and warranty related assignments specifiedby the Project Manager. The Field Manager must have the ability to work both independently and as a member of the Dyna Construction Team.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Respond to service calls for customers covered under warranty for finished projects
  • Communicate needs from customer and follow through with warranted repair work
  • Maintain materials and tools based on needs assessment for a variety of low to mid-level repair/maintenance projects
  • Reporting issues and concerns to Dyna upper management
  • Tracking and documenting completion of work and time daily
  • Create service invoices for work performed, track and follow-up for payments
  • Coordinate billing twice a month with Accounting Department


Qualifications

  • Experience with trim carpentry, stair railing, exterior decking installation, cabinetry, framing, drywall hanging and finishing, roofing, minor plumbing and electrical, siding, window/door/glass installation, waterproofing, flashing and door hardware installation
  • Minimum five years’ experience of maintenance techniques including the skill of various hand, power and specialty tools associated with residential construction
  • Must be able to foster and maintain positive customer relationships and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to climb ladders, scaffolding, steps to safely access areas
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
  • Must be able to physically operate in all types of weather conditions for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to work occasional flexible hours and independently with little to no direct supervision
  • Must have excellent decision making and troubleshooting abilities
  • Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of 5 years’ plus experience in the construction field with prior service or punch list experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years Warranty or Maintenance experience required
  • College degree is a plus
