Accrual of PTO & Bank:

1) Full time craft or trade employees will receive 40 hours of PTO; staff or salary employees

will receive 80 hours of PTO. Your PTO hours will be added to your “Bank” upon your 1st


2. Starting with the 2nd anniversary, every hour of employment will accrue .0577 hours of

PTO (which is 120 hours of PTO a year).

3. Starting with the 5th anniversary, every hour of employment will accrue .077 hours of PTO

(which is 160 hours of PTO a year).

4. Starting with the 15th anniversary, every hour of employment will accrue .096 hours of PTO

(which is 200 hours of PTO in a year).

5. PTO may be accrued in the “Bank” up to a maximum of 240 unused hours.

6. First year employees may have PTO built into their employment contract.

About the Job

Neeser Construction Project Managers control the time, cost and quality of our construction projects. They plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors. Project Managers oversee the entire construction project, or multiple projects based on overall size of the projects. Neeser Construction has multiple projects slated in 2019.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Planing & Budgeting
  • Coordinate and build cost estimates
  • Work with architects, engineers and developers
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and material supply
  • Oversee and supervise project progress with reporting to include timeline, progress and budgets
  • Ensure legal requirements, building and safety codes, local ordinances and state regulations are met.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Works well with other people and can build relationships with project teams, vendors and subcontractors
  • Computer Technology a plus, ability to work with multiple systems
  • Able to lead and manage people in a professional manner.
