RPM Company is a multi-family real estate management corporation with extensive experience in property management.

Most Importantly: We are looking for someone who can WORK WEEKENDS and have a "midweek" weekend.

RPM Companyis currently looking for a Maintenance Technicianwith experience in property management to join its team! The Maintenance Technicianwill assist with maintaining the physical condition of the property according to company operating and safety standards and ensure service requests and repairs are performed correctly and in a timely manner.

We offer full benefits including 401K and life insurance after the 90 day preliminary period.

Quarterly bonuses become effective after the 90 day period is over as well.

Pay will be based on experience and customer service background.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Inspect grounds, buildings, and other property features daily to minimize liability concerns
  • Organize and prioritize service requests and ensure all service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner
  • Assist maintenance supervisor with overseeing turnkey operations and ensure that vacant units are made rent-ready in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors and supervisors


  • Previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is highly preferred
  • Must have ability to diagnosis problems with and repair: major appliances, basic to intermediate plumbing and electrical, sheetrock, general carpentry, pool care, wallpaper/painting, maintenance and repairs, etc.
  • Ability and access to drive a car; must have valid drivers license and current automobile insurance to transport tools and supplies throughout property
  • Ability to utilize general maintenance equipment including, but not limited to: hand tools, ladders, vacuum pumps, landscaping equipment, blowers, pool chemicals and required safety equipment
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English for safety and productivity purposes; ability to accurately perform basic mathematical functions
