Manage and lead a team of professionals that are all focused on helping the communities they live in, Qualified candidates will be able to perform at the highest standard to support BELFOR goals, ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies, Supervise, Coordinate, Lead, and control all departments in the office and field. General Managers will manage all facets of the office and personnel, report results upwardly, identify areas of concerns and implement solutions in compliance with BELFOR standards. General Manager is expected to maintain relationships with existing clients, while growing the business as needs are identified.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Hire and Recruit Talent
  • Manage financial components including P&L and Budgets of office
  • Ensure Compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations
  • Ensure staff members are properly trained in BELFOR practices and protocols, and develop career path to maintain retention of team members
  • Work independently and meet managerial goals.
  • Communicate professionally with coworkers, customers and vendors.
  • Organize daily activities of self and others and to work as a team played.
  • Be a leader and lead the team to established goals.
  • Supervise the work of Estimators, Project managers, Administrators, Asset manager, and Sales and Marketing efforts.
  • Monitor work flow and systems for the most effective completion of tasks.
  • Attend marketing events to be visible to potential leads and customers.
  • Inspect at random projects to confirm quality control.
  • Follow up on customer complaints and determine issues for resolution.
  • Insure other duties are performed as mandated by regional manager, safety manager, and corporate executive team.

  • Ability to coach, train and motivate employees
  • Advanced understanding of the construction industry
  • Organized and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Financial management experience - work with budgets
  • Great communication skills
  • Team Leader
